Our Seasonal Maintenance Service Option 2 (our most popular option) provides two visits a year to prepare your home for the spring and winter seasons. A comprehensive evaluation of the health of your home and annual on-call e-mail for Q&A/general home support.
Smoke/CO
Detector Installation
Our Smoke/CO detector services include evaluating the currently installed detectors for the required manufacture dates and proper location installations, activating the alarm system, and installing new detectors if necessary.
